2019 gets going

A few things we did in the first half of 2019 that don't feature elsewhere

Bill celebrates turning 60, and semi-retirement

Gathering of the great and the good.

At the end of March I went to see UFO - they were great.

My Dad, Uncle Tommy and Douglas had a trip to Paris to visit the Scotch Kirk

I believe a good time was had by all.

Towards the end of May we went out for a cycle, and saw the flotilla heading along the canal.

Sadly Don passed away at  the end of May, but it did give us a chance to enterain Craige, Shauna and Megan

And finally in June the Woman and Children's Choir performed in Stirlingi again.
Click here for a bit of audio, though the acoutics are awful.
And here for a nice short video clip

And a random photo I have found of my Mum and her Dad in Portnahaven.

After going part time I could take off Fridays to do things like the Central Station tour with Laurie and Willie.  Nice getup!

The man.

Very interesting, if not salubrious.

Apparently this is going to be done up and have a steam enginge in situ by the end of the year!

Got dark, and I can't get it to rotate!

Then we had some tea and hit the pub - rocking out in Macsorleys.

And relax, enjoying the summer weather.

Glasgow fair weekend we headed to the Scottish Open and caught up with Craige.  Good day out.
